At TSA Group, we’ve been providing customer experience solutions to some of Australia’s biggest brands for 25 years, managing their contact centre operations.

**Job Description**:
Your role will start within our West Perth office, where you will be trained by our experienced team, who will teach you everything you need to know You will be up-skilled in multiple systems, communication techniques and other learning materials to conduct your role confidently.

From there, you will commence answering inbound calls from small business owners where you will represent, promote and sell a wide range of Telstra products and services.

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday between 5am-6pm.
