We are looking for a payroll coordinator with strong payroll expertise, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills to deliver accurate, high-quality, and timely payroll services to I-MED Network employees, managers, and the broader business. The role will ensure compliance and operational efficiency, while providing exceptional customer service to foster engagement and enhance satisfaction across the I-MED organization

**What you'll be doing**:

- **Payroll Processing**: Internal end-to-end payroll operations for monthly payroll including onboarding, terminations, adjustments, superannuation, and reconciliations.
- **Employee Record Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records for all employees, ensuring adherence to company policies, data privacy regulations, and I-MED standards.
- **Payroll Reporting**: Generate and deliver accurate payroll reports to the Business unit management to support informed decision-making and operational transparency.
- **Customer Service**: Respond to staff, medical professionals, and management inquiries regarding payroll and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
- **Professional Development and Team Contribution**: Participate in learning and development, payroll initiatives, team activities, and Payroll's communication strategy.

**What we're looking for**:

- End-to-end Australian payroll experience in medium to large organizations and working knowledge to interpret Awards and EAs.
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, tax and superannuation requirements and employment entitlements.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Frontier, Preceda and Kronos (highly regarded).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
