Charterhouse are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our NSW Government Specialist Division (Category C / E / F / J). We’re a top 4 supplier in our area and have a proven track record of working with many of the Government Departments.

**Incentives**:

- Exceptional commission model - up to 40%
- All expenses paid annual Big Billers overseas trips for those that qualify (eg. Tokyo, Hawaii, Buenos Aires, Vegas)
- Quarterly incentives such as boat cruises on the harbour or lunch across multiple Hatted restaurants for achieving your targets

**About You**
- Strong interpersonal skills and be willing to contribute ideas to your peers and business leaders.
- At least 6 months recruitment/sales experience and had a revenue target.
- Have a growth mindset and willingness to learn and develop.
