**THE ROLE**
As part of the Systems and & Project Delivery team, the **Learning Content Developer** will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within the business to create engaging learning activities and assessments. This role will help ensure our employees have the skills, knowledge, and abilities to succeed in their roles.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITES**
- Follow gap analysis of current content against requirements and present a solution for online learning structure
- Create storyboards based on learning needs
- Organise the content to be suitable for online course delivery
- Develop online course (using company’s standard authoring tools) and activities to meet learning requirements in support of business initiatives
- Work with the line manager and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within the business to develop learning activities and assessments
- Prepare clear and reliable briefing documents for training team and SMEs
- Develop multimedia elements such as graphics, animations, videos and interactive elements to support the effective use of e-learning.
- Maintain quality assurance processes and protect the intellectual property in e-learning materials developed for the business

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Excellent Experience with authoring tools Articulate 360, Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Proficient in the use of Adobe products and Microsoft Office
- Proven experience in creating storyboards and e-learning development
- Experience in creating high-quality multimedia resources for use in online courses
- Understand SCORM package and Learning Management System
- Demonstrated excellence in communicating (written and verbal) with colleagues and team members, SMEs at all levels
- Strongly developed writing, proofreading, editing and formatting skills
- Knowledge of ASQA standards and how to implement them within a corporate learning environment
- Solution-focused approach and ability to deal with issues and change in a proactive, positive and dynamic way with the ability to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining quality
- Excellent customer service skills and a high attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, work autonomously and positively contribute to a team
- Qualification in IT/Design/Learning and Development or a related discipline or equivalent experience
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (desirable)
