**Position Overview**:
As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our bakery, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service are maintained. You will manage staff, optimise operations, and drive sales growth while fostering a positive work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and a passion for baked goods.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily bakery operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and inspire a team of bakers and front-of-house staff, providing training and development opportunities.
- Motivate the entire team to embrace a shared vision and drive forward collectively, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and production schedules to meet customer demand.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor financial performance and develop budgets to achieve business goals.
- Drive marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and sales growth.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting creativity and innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or bakery industry.
- Strong understanding of bakery operations and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in financial management and budgetary practices.
- Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to quality.
