**The Opportunity**

Nestlé is on the lookout for a commercially driven, energetic and collaborative Brand Manager to lead the Milo brand in Australia. This is a pivotal role in shaping the future of one of Australia’s most iconic brands—driving the core business, innovation, collaborating across teams, and bringing bold ideas to life.

**A day in the Life**
- Own the P&L for the Milo brand and drive commercial performance.
- Lead the development of the 3-year innovation pipeline across the total CMB portfolio and new category initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Sponsorship Manager and the broader Milo team to integrate core & innovation into brand experiences and customer plans to drive share.
- Project innovation and activation plans into customer strategies to drive in-market success.
- Partner with local cross-functional teams and the Global Brand Team to align on innovation and activation priorities.
- Operate with a medium-term strategic horizon (3 years), balancing agility with long-term brand building.

**What will make you successful**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in brand marketing or innovation within FMCG.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with precision.
- A high level of energy and a collaborative mindset that uplifts and motivates the team.
- Proven track record in leading innovation projects from ideation to launch.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing P&L.
- Experience working with global stakeholders is a plus.
