Our vibrant, inclusive team is looking for a new Digital Specialist to join our Internal Communications team.

You will use your knowledge of digital content systems and user experience to ensure our staff intranet and digital communications channels are engaging, relevant and useful. You will use analytics to make recommendations on how to meet the unique needs of target groups including office-based staff and those providing frontline services to our customers. You will be actively involved in the rejuvenation of our intranet, as well as projects to enhance the digital experience of our staff.

This role is both fast paced and hands on and includes:

- Maintaining intranet IA so that content is logical and easy to find
- Oversee authoring and proper use of intranet
- Create workflows to enable efficient updates and maintenance of content and documents including policies and procedures
- Ensure the internal communications style guide is applied consistently to Internal Communications digital channels and campaigns
- Projects to improve sections of the intranet or deliver new tools through the intranet
- Monitor site analytics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Stay up to date on digital workplace best practice and recommend ways to improve the experience of users across devices

In terms of **previous skills** we see you as having:

- Experience in a digital communications role ideally obtained in a large and complex organisation with diverse geographical locations
- Tertiary qualifications in communication or similar degree, or equivalent work experience
- Some HTML coding knowledge
- Understanding of Search and how to optimise
- Analytics and reporting experience
