Due to our continued success and growth, an exceptional opportunity for a self-driven, and energetic Marketing & Communications Specialist has become available. This is a full-time, permanent role based in North Plympton (SA).

**About the Role**

Reporting to Marketing Services Manager and functionally to the General Manager, Regional Marketing APAC, you will be responsible for project managing and producing marketing communications campaigns to support Philmac's domestic and export markets. In addition, you will plan and execute both internal and external communication campaigns for the APAC division relating specifically to Employer Branding and Sustainability activity.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collateral Creation & Campaign Management - work with internal stakeholders to produce brochures, technical documentation, posters, presentations and advertisements for digital and traditional channels. Prepare campaign plans, organise the implementation of campaigns with regular tracking and reporting
- Digital - manage the administration and update of the Philmac website & social media channels, constantly creating content by working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organisation & Support of Events - Design, prepare and implement events to support business strategy, working with internal and external stakeholders on customer training events, tradeshows, online conferences and meetings
- Planning & Strategy - Develop communications strategy to increase Aliaxis brand profile and increase profile of our sustainability strategies and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives
- Public Relations & Social Media - Develop and execute social media strategy and leverage newsworthy activity through external and internal channels.

The successful applicant will be comfortable in working on multiple projects concurrently and will be confident in working effectively in a matrixed structure.

**About you**
- A track record of coordination and delivery of marketing communications projects, preferably with 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Graphic Design - can conceptualize and build campaigns using Adobe Creative suite of programs
- Digital campaign production and execution - can develop digital content and use digital platforms such as Word-press, Marketo & Sharepoint to execute B2B and B2C marketing communications strategies
- Be an outstanding copyrighter and be able to plan and leverage PR opportunities with external media
- Ability to collaborate and influence key stakeholders
- Deadline driven with a high level of energy and creativity who can manage a wide variety of projects with multiple deadlines
- Self-motivated and can work autonomously but also as part of a team
- Ability to build strong relationships built on a foundation of trust and mutual respect with customers and colleagues
