The Opportunity:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will engage with our customers at various points in their construction journey and create an engaging relationship between the consumer and various Parchem brands.

This is a full time position and will require you to work rotating shifts to accommodate the Centre's operational hours. There is also the flexibility to work remotely.

**Duties**:

- Manage customer orders and entry deadlines are met
- Recommend products across our brands in line with the consumers enquiry
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the set timeframes and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Be involved in ongoing training and on the job learning

What you will bring and develop:
You’ll bring clear and professional communication skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people. As a great team player, you will be able to self manage and have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations.

Other key skills and experience include:

- Highly organised with strong time management
- Ability to be proactive and supportive
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience within SAP technologies is an advantage
