**Your Role**

As a **Sports Marketing Specialist**, you will play a key role in promoting our programs, attracting new participants, and driving engagement. Your responsibilities will include:
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Supporting business growth and development by preparing and executing marketing objectives, policies, and programs.
- Conducting market research to identify opportunities for growth and new services.
- Advising on key marketing elements such as product mix, pricing, advertising, sales promotion, and distribution channels.
- Managing Public Relations efforts to strengthen our relationships with international supplier, i.e Swedish floorball equipment businesses.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Analysing data to develop effective marketing strategies and plans.
- Creating and executing innovative marketing campaigns.
- Collaborating with external vendors and agencies to enhance brand awareness.
- Managing digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, and analytics.

**Who You Are**
- A **sporty individual**, preferably with experience in **floorball**, to fully understand the game and our audience.
- A **creative marketer** with strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and promotional strategies.
- A **self-starter** who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively.
- A **strong communicator** with the ability to engage different audiences.

**Additionally, we wish you to have**:

- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, communications, sports management or related fields.
- 2+ years experience working in similar role.
- Having knowledge of Swedish culture and/or language would be a valuable asset but not essential.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
