About the opportunity

As the National Design and Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the retail design and delivery process and the retail design and delivery team to ensure time and cost-efficient tenant transition through leasing negotiation, design and fitout process through to store trading for portfolio leasing.

As the leader of the team you will.
- Utilize tools to enable the design and delivery process to operative efficiently while monitoring progress and key milestones effectively.
- You will deliver innovation to the leasing process - You will look at how we can improve our process and speed to market.
- You will manage the team to oversee the landlord and tenant works to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
- You will collaborate with your team to collate data and reports on key delivery metrics.
- Drive a culture of collaboration and accountability to ensure excellent outcomes in the design and delivery space.
- Attend relevant site inspections to assess delivery works and outcomes.
- Present our assets as best as possible to the public working with the centre teams.

About you

You have completed tertiary studies in either Construction/ Project management or a related degree with experience with working in the property industry. (Or similar).

You bring demonstrated knowledge in understanding of retail markets, properties, tenants, and owners. You understand and have demonstrated experience in tenancy fit out coordination, design and building services and systems.

You bring your experience in retail master planning and you have a strong reputable network within the retail market.

As a problem solver and a creative thinker, you have excellent communication skills, and you have experience in managing high performing teams.
