**The Opportunity

Permanent Full Time**

Mon - Fri - 40 hours per week

Based in Port Melbourne Office

As the Graphic Designer, you'll work to create and maintain a wide range of marketing and communication materials used for advertising and communication across digital, print, web, and video. This role is crucial for ensuring that our marketing and comms are cohesive, on-brand, and effective in supporting our business objectives. 

About You

With a strong passion for design and a key eye for detail, you have proven experience creating visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

• Qualification in Graphic Design or related field
• Minimum 12 months of relevant experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects, Premiere) and familiarity with other design tools
• Proven experience using design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members
• Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Self-motivated, great attitude and a quick learner
• Experience with motion graphics and HTML is required

In This Role, You Will...

• Produce high-quality visual content for all marketing and communication channels, including brochures, social media, website, sales material, print, video and digital collateral
• Maintain brand consistency and guidelines ensuring all produced materials align with standards
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the production of marketing and communication materials, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives
• Collaborate with various departments to identify briefs and create engaging and informative content
• Develop visual content for internal use, such as newsletters, training material, presentations and videos, eDMs, in-store content, and exterior artwork
• Create digital advertisements and banners to enhance our online presence and support marketing campaigns
• Create and edit video content for various purposes, including promotional videos, instructional content, and internal communications, utilising multimedia skills to enhance audience engagement
• Organise and maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring all design files, templates, and resources are easily accessible for team use and future projects
• Develop compelling and persuasive copy for various marketing and communication materials
• Provide ad-hoc support to the team on projects and tasks
