**About the role**

Join one of Australia’s largest design teams as a Design Operations Consultant led by our Head of Design Operations.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Mature level of analytical capability.
- Strong level of communication and relationship management.
- Understanding of Experience Design and Digital Channel delivery.
- Confident in prioritisation of multiple requirements.
- Knowledge of operational risk management.
- Demonstrates efficiency and resilience.
- Understanding of the financial services sector.
- Growth mindset.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Manage recruitment, vendor engagement, onboarding, induction and offboarding for contractors working in the team.
- Manage operations and workforce reporting across nab.design Chapter, with rate cards, utilisation, timesheets and billing, and actioning monthly recoveries to plan.
- Digital operations communications and reporting.
- Manage Workforce Coordination including diary and event management where possible.
- Resource management for projects requiring Experience Designers including new requests, pipeline management, backfills.
- Ensure staff have access to equipment, tools and locations to support them in their role.
- Responsible for purchasing (purchase orders, invoice management and contract management), financial management (Plan oversight, tracking and forecasting), reporting, manage.
