**The Opportunity**

**The Role**

As the CEO’s right hand, you will be responsible for managing their schedule, streamlining workflows, handling high-level communication, and acting as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders. This is an opportunity to work closely with a dynamic leader and be part of an exciting growth journey. This opportunity is for an EA who works as a strategic/business partner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Executive Support & Calendar Management - Optimize and manage the CEO's schedule, ensuring efficiency and alignment with priorities.
- Inbox & Communication Management - Handle high-level correspondence, prioritize urgent matters, and ensure seamless communication flow.
- Meeting Coordination & Follow-Up - Organize meetings, take minutes, and ensure key action items are completed.
- Stakeholder & Partnership Management - Act as the CEO’s point of contact for key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
- Operational & Workflow Support - Provide administrative and strategic support, ensuring smooth daily operations.

**To be successful you must have the following**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives (minimum 7 years plus) - further more proven experience where you have supported your executive in business partner/strategic partner role
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage complex schedules, prioritize tasks, and maintain discretion.
- Proficiency in executive-level administration and business operations.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
- Outstanding presentation and communications skills; you will be a representative of the CEO and company brand
