**Job Description**:
As our SA Territory Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and KPI’s in line with NEXTDC’s strategy, vision and values to ensure we are well positioned to win deals now, and in the future within the South Australia region.
To be successful in this role, you will be required to:
- Achieve your sales targets and KPI’s
- Build and manage your sales pipeline
- Develop new business and maintain customer relations
- Build and own the local partner strategy, and maintain ongoing relationships with South Australia NEXTDC partners
- Work through planning and strategy initiatives
- Monitor and report on industry standards and updates
We’d like to see your:
- Ability to communicate with excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong selling skills with the ability to convert leads to sales and close deals
- Exceptional networking skills and the ability to build a solid contact base
- A demonstrated ability to negotiate, consult and deliver quality service
- Outstanding relationship building skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders at various levels with the ability to managing complex transformational deals
**Qualifications**:
- At least 3-5 years selling experience to organisations that utilise IT Infrastructure (SW/HW solutions) as a major component of their business model
- Experience in the management of business relationships with customers in a customer-facing role
- An understanding of the nuances of pathways to market as well as Direct Sales
- Proven track records in selling within a complex selling environment with quotas exceeding $5M and an average sales cycle of at least 3 months
