**Job Description: General Manager - Geelong**

**Position Overview**: Seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our 2-level waterfront venue in Geelong, Victoria. This dynamic space operates as a cafe by day and transforms into an Asian fusion restaurant by night, accommodating over 350 seats. The General Manager will ensure seamless transitions, exceptional experiences, and overall operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead day-to-night operations, maintaining high service standards.
- Manage diverse teams, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Drive customer satisfaction through sophisticated, memorable experiences.
- Optimise finances, budgets, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions and events
- Cultivate strong vendor and supplier relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven leadership in high-volume hospitality setting as a Venue Manager or similar role
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Financial acumen and proficiency in hospitality software.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices.

**Location**:Geelong, Victoria, Australia

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
