**Speciality**: Receptionist

**Part-Time hours**: 12-20 hrs per week

We are looking for a friendly and professional Part-time Receptionist to join our team at Park Street General Practice in Geelong, Victoria. This is a key role within our medical practice, providing outstanding customer service and administrative support to our patients and clinicians.

What you’ll be doing
Greeting patients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
Scheduling and managing patient appointments
Handling patient enquiries and booking requests over the phone and in person
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
Assisting with general administrative duties as required
Providing a high level of customer service at all times

What we’re looking for

Previous experience working as a medical receptionist or in a customer service-focused role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with patients, clinicians and other staff
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Proficient in using medical practice management software
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
A friendly, professional and helpful attitude
