Sales representative / Supervisor (Health Products)

Job Overview

Responsible for driving sales of health products through assigned channels by developing and managing channel partnerships, achieving sales targets, and increasing brand market share.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Channel Development & Management
- Identify and develop new sales channels to expand brand coverage.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Conduct regular visits to channel clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

2. Sales Target Execution
- Develop and implement channel sales plans to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and propose actionable improvements.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure consistent product availability.

3. **Marketing & Promotion Support**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute channel-specific promotions (e.g., discounts, free gifts).
- Provide product training and support to enhance partners’ sales capabilities.
- Gather market feedback to assist in optimizing product and marketing strategies.

4. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with channel clients.
- Address client complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses for management review.

5. Market Analysis & Competitor Monitoring
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop counterstrategies.
- Collect consumer insights to inform product development and marketing decisions.

Requirements:

1. Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Medicine, or related fields.

- Strong analytical abilities to drive data-based decision-making.
- Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills (e.g., marketing, supply chain).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
