About the role

Osmen is seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our team in our Auburn, NSW showroom. This is a part-time role, offering the flexibility to balance your work and personal life. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to support the company's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting customers and assisting them with product selections and purchases
  2. Demonstrating product features and benefits to customers
  3. Providing expert advice and guidance to help customers find the perfect furniture solutions
  4. Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective customer engagement and follow-up
  5. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Osmen Furniture's product range and industry trends
  6. Collaborating with the team to provide a seamless customer experience
  7. Ensuring the showroom is well-presented and merchandise is maintained

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably within the furniture or home decor industry.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Strong product knowledge and the ability to understand and match customer needs to suitable solutions.
  4. Enthusiasm, creativity and a drive to achieve sales targets.
  5. Flexibility to work during peak trading hours, including evenings and weekends.
  6. Willing to travel between Osmen Stores in NSW
