About the role
Osmen is seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our team in our Auburn, NSW showroom. This is a part-time role, offering the flexibility to balance your work and personal life. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to support the company's growth objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting customers and assisting them with product selections and purchases
- Demonstrating product features and benefits to customers
- Providing expert advice and guidance to help customers find the perfect furniture solutions
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective customer engagement and follow-up
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Osmen Furniture's product range and industry trends
- Collaborating with the team to provide a seamless customer experience
- Ensuring the showroom is well-presented and merchandise is maintained
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably within the furniture or home decor industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to understand and match customer needs to suitable solutions.
- Enthusiasm, creativity and a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Flexibility to work during peak trading hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Willing to travel between Osmen Stores in NSW
