**What you'll be doing**
As the manager of a small and dedicated team, you will be leading the strategic workforce planning function, under the delegation of the Director of Future Workforce. This will involve:
- Influencing and negotiating with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Leading teams & projects
- Establishing & maintaining a robust and evidence-based planning approach
- Providing guidance and direction to executives, business leaders and planners
**About you**
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- Experienced people leader
- Ability to lead & guide planning cycles, capturing data driven insights and driving strategic workforce planning.
- Demonstrated success in cross agency or industry collaboration
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, in a large, dynamic and complex environment
- A growth mindset, and commitment to continuous learning and personal development
- Keen to influence health care outcomes through strategic planning
