**We are looking for someone who can**:
- Collaborating with senior leaders (internal and external) to define, prioritise, and guide strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate the development of the 3-year organisational strategy, action plans and measurement frameworks with key stakeholders.
- Lead the design and implementation of key strategic initiatives that drive organisational priorities and align to strategic objectives.
**About us**
The Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) leads innovation in clinical care across NSW. We do this by bringing clinicians, patients and healthcare managers together to design and implement new ways to deliver healthcare.
**What you will be doing**
The Manager, Strategy and Planning provides high level strategic, operational planning and project management support to ensure organisational alignment and continued focus on key priority areas. The role will ensure that the Agency for Clinical Innovation is making progress against its Strategy and that the senior and executive leaders are supported to drive its innovation and transformation agenda. The role also has management responsibility.

**Remuneration**: $141,974.00 - $169,151.00 per annum excluding Superannuation
**Hours Per Week**: 40 (38 standard + 2hrs toward ADO)

**Selection Criteria**
- Demonstrated experience in working closely with senior and executive leaders to inform and guide strategic decision making, including the ability to analyse complex information and present actionable, data-driven insights.
- Experience in driving and overseeing the execution of medium to large-scale strategic initiatives, including having proficiency in project and change management to ensure effective implementation of initiatives.
- Strong organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform and always work with a customer focused approach.
- Superior interpersonal, collaboration, influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders (internal and external) and incorporate diverse perspectives into strategy development and planning processes.
