We are seeking a dedicated **Workforce Coordinator **to be an integral part of our busy team based at our St Leonards Head Office supporting our homes. This role is a maternity leave fixed term contract initially for for 6 months with the potential to extend to 12 months.

The Workforce Coordinator is responsible for providing a broad range of advice, service and support on employee lifecycle matters. The incumbent is also responsible for supporting workforce team members, delivering and contributing to workforce projects and initiatives. You will be responsible for the administration associated with the employment life cycle and assisting with various workforce report and analysis.

**Some of the key responsibilities include**:

- Preparing employment letters, contracts and new starter packs
- Monitoring and conducting police /working rights checks
- Developing paperwork associated with employment changes
- Preparation of routine workforce reporting and analysis

**About you**

To be a success in this role you must possess:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in business administration, corporate function or HR shared services
- Superior administration skills
- Strong organisational skills & efficiency to manage a high volume workload
- Good attention to detail and the ability to take initiative and problem solve
- Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills, with an ability to build trusting and respectful relationships at all levels
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to function as a team player and the ability to work autonomously
- Ability to take initiative where appropriate and to adopt a flexible, problem solving approach
- Demonstrated time management skills including flexibility in switching priorities and focus with changing business demands
