**About the Role**:
The main focus for a Food Services Assistant is on delivering an exceptional patient meal experience and willing to work within the values of Monash Health.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Cleaning within a food services environment to meet Food Safety Compliance
- Kitchen hand duties includes washing of cooks trays and pots using a commercial pot washer (Scullery position)
- Cleaning of kitchen equipment

We are looking for customer focused Food Services Assistants to work in our kitchen at Monash Medical Centre Food Services Clayton.

**Food Services Assistant - Monash Medical Centre - Clayton**:

- Full Time and Part Time (Ongoing)
- Position 1: Monday - Friday 6.45am - 1.45pm
- Position 2: Monday - Friday 1.30pm - 8.00pm
- Position 3: Saturday and Sunday 6.45am - 1.45pm
- Position 4: Saturday and Sunday 1.30pm - 8.00pm

**About Us**:
Our Support Services team provides a range of essential non-clinical services that help our hospitals run. We provide food services, central production kitchen, patient support, porters, cleaning, linen, pest control, waste management, car parking, hygiene services and some retail services.

**About You**:

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a personable approach to our patients and visitors at Monash Health.
- A proactive approach and team player
- Ability to prioritize tasks and complete while working alone or as part of a cohesive team.
- A high standard of demonstrated experience in customer service from a health care or hospitality environment

What you need:
