Redpath Partners are working alongside one of the largest private real estate investors who are seeking a Contracts Manager to join their Melbourne Team.

Coming from a Contract Administrator/Development background in a similar role, you will be reporting into the Senior Construction Manager and will be responsible for managing their project cost reporting internally and working with their development and finance teams to manage cashflow projections.

You will have experience in assisting in the preparation and negotiating consultant and build contracts.

**Key responsibilities of the Contract Manager include**:

- Prepare cost reporting and commercial updates for the development group, investors and/or ownership.
- Assist Construction Manager with input into monthly Project reporting.
- Review project related documents for compliance with the contract requirements.
- Assist Construction Manager with Project close-out and settlement of accounts.
- Prepare, assist in negotiation, file, and maintain design and construction contracts and related documentation.
- Liaise with the Development team to assist in the updating of project feasibilities.

**The Individual**:

- 3 years general contractor or construction related experience.
- Contract Administration or Quantity Surveying background is preferred.
- Demonstrated work experience within Australia.
- Bachelor degree, preferably in construction, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
- Tier 1-3 background.
