Transcend Consulting Group Pty Ltd are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team based in Hampton East, as a Contracts Manager. As the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing our office operations and overseeing our contracts and agreements.

**Salary**: $125,000 - $140,000 per annum

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the preparation, negotiation, and execution of contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and partners
- Developing, reviewing and co-ordinating variations within contracts and supporting project manager in negotiations
- Develop and maintain a contract management system and maintain documentation relating to projects and services provided
- Monitor contract performance and manage contract change requests of teams, and work with stakeholders internal and external to maintain compliance and quality (architects/ engineers/ manufacturers/ project managers)
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract matters which may influence decision making
- Conduct periodic reviews and assessments of contracts and agreements to identify areas of improvement
- Manage the office budget and prepare financial reports for senior management

**Requirements**:

- Degree or advanced diploma in business administration or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in office management and contract administration
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management software
- Experience working in a professional services environment is a plus
