Founded in 1955, RJV is a leading Western Australian multidisciplinary civil construction and mining services provider. With core capabilities in Civil Infrastructure, Mining Services, Urban Renewal and Marine Infrastructure we are experiencing a period of significant and sustainable growth.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor and Superintendent to join our growing team. These are permanent positions, FIFO 8:6 roster, working on a regional civil construction project with a Tier 1 Gold Company in the Northern Pilbara. The project will be predominately earthworks, tailing dams and road infrastructure.

Reporting through to the Project Manager you will be working with a team to ensure all site and project requirements are executed according to our client’s needs.

**Accountabilities of the role include**:

- HSEQ responsibilities including the implementation and maintenance of safe work systems.
- Develop a high performing team.
- Plant performance include asset availability and reliability.
- Ensure effective resource allocation.
- Work with the management team to help deliver project goals and outcomes.
- Maintain positive relationships with client representatives to proactively identify and resolve problems.

You will bring a previous experience in mining and the resources sector together with excellent communication and presentation skills. In addition, we are seeking the following:

- Trade qualifications.
- Significant experience in plant and equipment maintenance planning.
- Demonstrated safety leadership skills.
- Supervisor and or Superintendent experience essential.
- Be an effective people manager.
- Be willing to undergo a National Police Clearance and Pre-Employment Medical.
