We are currently seeking Supervisors and Superintendents to join our growing team. These are permanent positions, FIFO 2:1 roster, working on a regional civil construction project with a Tier 1 Gold Company in the Northern Pilbara. The project will be predominately earthworks, tailing dams and road infrastructure.

You will be leading and working with a team to ensure all site and project operations are executed to the client needs.

**Accountabilities of the role include**:

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, cost and program requirements.
- Manage site civil construction operations.
- Optimise resource allocation to ensure project objectives are met.
- Plan and track project progress and productivity on-site.
- Provide financial and commercial reports.
- Ensure QA/QC requirement are met and maintained in line with contractual requirements.

**About you**:
You will bring a previous experience in mining and the resources sector together with excellent communication and presentation skills. In addition, we are seeking the following:

- Supervisor and or Superintendent experience essential.
- A proven record of safe working practices, good communication skills and an eye for detail.
- The ability to lead and influence the team along with internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to provide assistance in operational support.
- Be willing to undergo a National Police Clearance and Pre-Employment Medical.
