- As Assistant Director (2IC), you will:
- Support the Centre Director in leading the day-to-day operations of the centre- Help manage staffing, enrolments, compliance and parent communication- Mentor and guide the educator team to ensure high standards of care and education- Assist in implementing quality improvement plans and meeting NQS standards- Step into the Director role as needed during absences- Build strong relationships with children, families, team members, and external stakeholders
- What We’re Looking For- Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education (as recognised by ACECQA)- Valid Working With Children Check- First Aid certificate, including asthma and anaphylaxis training- Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS and the Education and Care Services National Regulations- Previous experience in a leadership role such as 2IC, Assistant Director, or similar- Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills- A positive, proactive attitude and strong leadership presence- Willing to support when needed,
