DJS Qualicoaters Pty Ltd trading us DFV Australia is looking for a Customer Service Manager. DFV Australia is based in Moss Vale NSW is operated in partnership with DFV Italy. DFV globally has over 50 years of experience and is an international leader in the field of industrial painting, specialising in wood-effect decorative finishing with powder technology.
**The Role**
The purpose of this role is to manage the day to day activities of the entire office function ensuring our customers are serviced effectively and timely whilst maintaining and developing good customer relationships. You will be leading a small team of Customer Service Representatives at our Moss Vale branch.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide a high level and professional standard of customer service.
- Answering questions about a company’s products or services
- Collecting and analysing customer feedback
- Process all quotes and orders accurately and within company specified response times.
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
- Prepare accurate reports on customer related issues.
- Prepare quote and order reports for management.
- Prepare customer briefing notes for sales staff/management prior to visits to customers
- Possibly delegating certain customer enquiries to specific teams
- Managing customers’ accounts
- Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken
- Communicating with internal teams to discuss sales targets
- Generating sales leads, building sustainable relationships where necessary
- Reporting back on results;
**Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications **o Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools o Advanced conflict resolution and multi-tasking skills o Highly organised and pro-active thinking approach. Can problem solve and can utilise resources to manage workload as efficiently as possible. o Ability to work under pressure and to manage conflicting timelines.

- We require at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role;
We are offering competitive remuneration, superannuation, and other staff benefits.
- Salary is $65,000 per year plus superannuation
