Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity is available for a motivated Sales Representative to join our close-knit team.

**The Role**:
We are looking for an experienced showroom sales representative who will manage our customer enquiries and walk in customers while taking on a hands-on approach to manage all day-to-day aspects of running our showroom located in the Liverpool area of Sydney. As a Sales representative, your role will also involve identifying opportunities and improvements to maintain significant month-on-month revenue growth (this includes making recommendations on POS improvements, developing improved merchandising standards, identifying new product requirements, and more).

**In this role you will**:

- Be part of showroom sales staff to generate the required revenue outcomes and to oversee the smooth operations of the warehouse in alignment with our supply chain & logistics department
- Liaise with key stakeholders in our sales & marketing team to improve point of sale collateral, launch new products, and plan participation in events and activations
- Ensure the retail store complies with all policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
- Maintain and improve store presentation and visual merchandising
- Maintain effective relationships with key internal teams and provide product and customer feedback
- Consistently monitor, analyse, and evaluate product trends, consumer behaviours, and competitor activities to identify opportunities

**About you**

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- At least 3 years of Retail Store sales experience
- Proven success in achieving monthly sales targets and KPI’s
- Strong communication and negotiation skills and customer service
- Attention to detail with good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
- The ability to build strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent data analysis skills
- A high level of computer literacy
