Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic, experienced and motivated Account Executive ready to build their sales career in the vibrant and booming Construction Tech space. This individual represents Autodesk Construction Solutions for their assigned Named Accounts in a fast paced and exciting industry. This is your opportunity to take the largest players in the ANZ construction landscape on their digital journey. We are looking for someone to be the go-to resource and trusted advisor for these select customers as we look to build net-new business and expand our existing business.
The Autodesk Construction Solutions team has the ideal combination of a start-up culture and the financial backing of a highly successful company who are funding fast paced product development and acquisitions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the sales cycle for new and renewing enterprise agreements from prospecting to deal negotiation and close
- Show potential and existing Autodesk customers the value of the Autodesk Construction Cloud (SaaS platform) in this dynamic and rapidly evolving market
- Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs and drivers to effectively position Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Build and execute Account plans to strategically drive Autodesk Construction business in these large accounts
- Work with a large extended team including Named Accounts sales and technical teams to deliver compelling proposals for new customers
- Work with the extended customer success and services team to drive adoption and expanded use of Autodesk Construction Solutions with existing customers
Minimum Qualifications
- You have 6+ years of experience in SaaS sales
- 2-4 years selling technology solutions to the construction industry preferably at the top end of town
- Good knowledge of construction industry trends, opportunities and challenges
- You are results-driven and have a consistent track record of exceeding quota
- Team player with extensive experience collaborating with extended teams
- Strategist who thinks big
- You are entrepreneurial and thrive in a dynamic fast moving environment
