**Your role with us**:
As our Community Coordinator, you'll be building and nurturing our player communities across social platforms. You'll engage with players, manage campaigns and track sentiment. From resolving queries to launching creative competitions, you'll create spaces where players feel valued and excited to connect.
**_Please Note: You'll work a rotating roster with four weekday shifts (7am-3:30pm or 12:30pm-9pm onsite) and one weekend day each week (WFH)._**

**What you will do**:
- Assist with customer support queries on social platforms, escalating complex issues while providing first line community support to our players.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms including X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Discord, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow, maintain, and nurture our online communities, fostering loyalty and advocacy.
- Track, analyse, and report on community performance metrics, sentiment/ engagement rates, and community growth indicators.
- Communicate with players through onsite chats, forums, and direct messages.
- Assist with some creative social content, be that written or visual, when required.
- Create and support both existing and new competitions, bonus initiatives, or promotional events when required.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate insights.
- Ensure all content and interactions comply with platform guidelines, industry regulations, and brand safety standards.
**What you will bring**:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in administration, customer service or a community related role.
- Able to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt your tone for different audiences and platforms.
- Able to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously
- Experience with growing, maintaining, and managing an online community or client base with measurable engagement results.
- Ability to thrive in a face paced dynamic environment, and handle challenges with a positive outlook.
**Bonus points if you also have**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, or related field
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and social listening platforms (Brandwatch, Mention, Hootsuite Insights)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and ability to derive actionable insights from community engagement metrics
- Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
- Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira
