**The role**:
Opportunity for an enthusiastic communications professional who can coordinate, develop, and deliver written and other creative content to enhance brand reputation. You will ensure employee engagement while helping take our internal and external campaigns to the next level.

**Your impact**:
As our Communications Coordinator for the Symal Group, your crafty copywriting and creative passion for engaging audiences to influence behaviour will have a profound impact on the success of outcomes for the team and business.

**Your every day**:

- Coordinate, develop, and deliver written content aimed at enhancing brand reputation and employee engagement
- Implement and evolve Symal Life employee benefit programs, ensuring that employees are informed and engaged with available benefits
- Conduct ongoing research on communication trends, competitor activities, and innovations to ensure that campaigns remain cutting-edge and exceed industry expectations
- Manage internal campaigns related to business updates, social calendars, and charity events, including planning, organising, and overseeing event-related activities such as videography and photography
- Provide support for external communications, including media relations, public relations, and corporate affairs activities

**Who are you?**
- 3-5 years in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
- Experience in content creation, copywriting, and managing internal communications
- Ability to work effectively with different departments and stakeholders to gather content and deliver key messages
- Proactive, driven, and able to work under pressure with a flexible, "can-do" attitude within a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
