**The Role**:
We are currently looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to assist our participant based in Carrara, Gold Coast.

Our participant is a middle-aged male who has a brain injury which was sustained in a motor vehicle accident. This role is on a casual on-going basis and will commence asap.

There are requirements Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for 2 hours per day and Sundays for 4 hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prompt/assist cleaning/yard care
- Assist planning a meal to prepare and compiling a shopping list
- Meal preparation
- Prompt/supervise gym program as prescribed by EP
- Rehabilitation home program activities and strategies
- Plan activities to undertake with children

**Pay Rates**:

- AM $36.25 per hour.
- PM $39.88 per hour.
- NS $40.60 per hour.
- Saturday $50.75 per hour.
- Sunday $65.25 per hour.

**Skills & Experiences**:

- Up-to-date Covid Vaccination
- Up-to-date Influenza Vaccination
- Bachelor of Nursing
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current Blue Card
- Current NDIS Worker Screening
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Infection Control Training - Covid19
- Reliable, proactive and positive attitude
