Location: Gold Coast to Brisbane

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. The successful applicant/s will be responsible for providing quality care and support to our clients with disabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Must have English as their first language.
- A reliable car is a must.
- Must have a Yellow Card
- Must have a Blue Card.
- Must have a current First Aid Certificate.
- Must have CPR certification.

**Duties**:

- Providing personal care and hygiene support.
- Assisting clients with daily living activities such as eating, dressing, and presentation.
- Planning and participating in social and recreational activities.
- Monitoring and documenting client progress and reporting to management.
- Assisting with medication administration if required.
- Maintaining a safe environment for clients.
- Building strong relationships with clients, their families, and other support staff.

Skills and Experience:

- Must have relevant experience in disability support work.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes.
- Must have a compassionate and caring nature.
- Must have strong availability including weekdays, weekends, public holidays and nights.

**Salary**: $29.00 - $65.00 per hour

- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
