**ALL Support Plus** is currently recruiting casual DSW's for several clients within the Gold Coast area.

Whilst our clients are a high priority to us, we also believe in providing a supportive and encouraging workplace environment for our staff. We appreciate our staff, their hard work and dedication, which is why we provide above award wages, flexibility (life and study) and a healthy team environment.

Our clients require supports between Monday to Friday with various shifts available. Our clients require assistance to access the community and appointments, with some also requiring assistance in and around the home with cooking and cleaning requirements.

We are looking for a support worker to start immediately, who has experience working with all types of disability.

**Tasks may include, but are not limited to**:

- Personal care prompting,
- Attending client appointments,
- Assisting in community participation,
- Promoting a safe and positive environment when accessing the community,
- Assisting our clients to achieve both their NDIS and personal goals.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Proof of Covid-19 vaccinations and booster.
- Current open QLD driver licence.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
- NDIS worker orientation certificate.
- Blue card with yellow card exemption (NDIS worker screening/WWCC)
- Minimum of Cert III in disability or individual support, or
- Relevant industry experience working with clients with disability and mental health.
- A person-centred approach.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Salary**: $33.00 - $69.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
