**About the Role**
- **Accounts Receivable Officer** to join our growing admin team located in Laverton in a full-time permanent capacity.- The purpose of this position is to assist with the collection of outstanding debtors and manage accounts for our NSW dealerships.**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Managing overdue accounts and collection calls
- Identify and resolve discrepancies
- Ensuring agreed customer payment terms are reinforced and met
- Data entry
- Account reconciliation and issuing monthly invoices/statements
- Weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reporting as required
- Maintain customer accounts and information on debtor’s ledger
- Maintaining and developing relationships with clients

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Extensive administration experience with strong exposure to accounts receivable / debt collections
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
- Excellent computer literacy (Word, Excel)
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritise own work, and have excellent time management skills
- Excellent numerical and data entry skills
- Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work to and meet deadlines
