About the role

If you have answered yes to these questions, this role is for you. You will be able to contribute to and strengthen SV's positive and progressive culture.
We are looking for an organisation development specialist with experience delivering HR, Diversity, Inclusion, OD and/or Change programs to join the People and Culture Team, a team that supports collaboration, shared leadership, and a growth mindset.
The People Partner role plays an integral role in the development and delivery of organisational development (OD) initiatives across SV's fast-paced environment. Your aim will be to establish an engaged culture of learning and diversity using contemporary OD thinking and approaches.
This role is essential in supporting the delivery of our People Partner Strategy and ensuring that SV is a highly capable and engaged organisation with a growth mindset and continuous improvement culture.
About you
You thrive in an agile and fast paced environment, where you will drive and support key initiatives that support the organisation. You are a team player with exceptional skills in collaboration and the ability to achieve results through building effective partnerships.
To be successful in this position, you must have excellent and proven experience across all key aspects of a high performing people function, alongside experience with working in contemporary organisational development frameworks
