**Duties**

Taking over one of the Directors well cared for portfolios, this role will see you responsible for:

- Day-to-day management of 250 properties
- Overseeing and directing tasks of an Assistant
- Maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
- Minimising arrears and attending Tribunal when required
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards.
- Undertake lease renewals, and rental increases in accordance with market conditions.

**Specific requirements**
- Minimum of 12 months experience in property management
- Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
- Strong knowledge of residential tenancy laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
