You love speaking with clients & supporting them Your positive customer centric attitude and willingness to help them, is a given. You might be in or have had previous experience in a private health insurance sales role, or in an administration role with a health insurance fund or broker.
**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a private health insurance (PHI) Customer Service Advisor to join our team for the support of our clients as well as the Sales Agents. You will be responsible for outbound calls to clients, onboarding support for clients and provide, if possible, first contact resolution in all customer interactions. You will also offer support to our sales floor and interact with the Sales Agents to deliver smooth transitions for our clients. We have a very generous bonus scheme and you will have the ability to supplement your base income on a monthly and quarterly basis

- Welcome calls and onboarding support
- First contact resolution where possible
- Sales floor support
- External stakeholder interactions
**Essential Criteria**
Previous experience with domestic private health insurance products and legislation would be ideal.

- Excellent phone manner, clear verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment, collaborate and keep a positive attitude
- Ability to adapt positively to frequently changing work practices and needs
- Comfortable in a high volume customer service environment
- Competent in using CRM computer systems and/or the ability to quickly learn complex computer systems
