Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities - Owns and executes strategic priorities for the team by taking a consultative approach to understand client requirements - Designs and delivers strategic solutions aligned to client specifications - Guides the team to resolve complex issues with implications on cross-functional business processes and outcomes - Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Advises and applies knowledge of strategies to deploy business and data consulting initiatives within the function - Leads Senior Management and resolve issues escalated from various stakeholders - Forms strategic partnerships a wide range of stakeholders such as clients, senior consultants, solution architects and potential development partners - Leads interventions for process and functional requirement gathering related to customer workflows - Guides and develops people leaders and colleagues within the team - Takes an innovative approach to develop new professional services packages Qualifications & Experience - University Degree - Extensive experience directing a people analytics strategy and delivery in a large-scale organisation
