**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a proactive and experienced **Administration Officer** to join our dynamic team in a **full-time role**. This position offers variety, exposure across departments, and the chance to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

You will play a key role in supporting both **Pre-Admissions** and **Front Office** operations, providing a high level of service to patients, staff, and visitors.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Greeting and signing in patients, staff, contractors, and visitors.
- Operating the hospital switchboard and managing incoming calls.
- Admitting and discharging patients using **Meditech.**:

- Processing payments from patients and external customers.
- Delivering high-quality administrative support across departments.
- Managing pre-admission administrative tasks and patient coordination.

**About You**

You are a confident communicator and natural problem solver with a passion for providing excellent service in a healthcare setting. You bring strong administrative skills, adaptability, and thrive in a team environment.

You will also demonstrate:

- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- Moderate Excel skills
- Previous administration experience (healthcare experience is desirable but not essential).
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- A positive, team-oriented approach and customer service mindset.
- Confidence in working independently while remaining connected to team priorities.
