**Your new role**
This is a newly created role, where you will be responsible for developing and implementing and design and implement regulatory engagement strategy and covering Conduct Risk.
- Design and implement regulatory engagement strategy
- Collaborating and building relationships across the business and with regulators ASIC and AFCA
- Responsible for key governance activities in the Conduct Risk space including corporate policies, delegations and the Conduct Risk Ownership Framework.
- Ability to design, execute strategy and be delivery focused in relation to Regulatory engagement and implementing Conduct Risk internally and for customer outcomes
- Develop and prepare reporting for the Executives for Regulator meetings
- Developing and implementing key activities as part of the workplan to meet objectives focusing on Regulatory policies and actions to mitigate conduct risk and drive fair customer outcomes.
- Support the preparation for the forthcoming Financial Accountability Regime (FAR) to drive a culture of leadership accountability.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline e.g. Commerce, Law, Accounting or similar
- Strong understanding of relevant regulatory and legislative environment and experience of working with ASIC and AFCA
- Open to a legal background/compliance and ideally Regulatory Affairs experience in banking or insurance
- Demonstrated experience in creating, communicating, and implementing enterprise strategy.
- Someone who’s a do-er and is delivery focussed

**What you'll get in return**

You will be part of a collaborative, small team of three with an excellent leader and delivering on the sustainability under the governance pillar.
