Title: Customer Service Roles - Officer - Building Industry

Our client, renowned for their presence in the construction market, boasts a solid track record, proven market expertise and an enviable reputation for quality delivery. Priding themselves on their creative design ideas, their achievements have been recognised via many industry awards. Their level of repeat business, coupled with controlled growth and expansion creates the need for two excellent opportunities with both Customer Service Officer and Customer Service Manager required to compliment their Brisbane team.

As client liaison points, both Customer Service roles are a pivotal communication focus between the builder and the client. You require a solid knowledge of the building industry (preferable) to enable you to efficiently deal with clients queries re the building process, provide information and excellent sales support. Your excellent communication skills, above average PC skills and enthusiasm in assisting to source relevant technical information as required, will ensure that the customer feels "looked after" in all facets of their product needs.

Ideally, you will possess or demonstrate:

- Strong customer service background - preferably in trade, building, industrial or

construction
- Excellent communications skills with ambitious results-orientated attitude
- Strong computer literacy
- Pleasant and helpful phone manner
