**The Roles**:
We currently have multiple positions for experienced administrators and customer service professionals across Brisbane and the surrounding suburbs. These roles cover a range of areas including:

- Providing customers with positive service experiences via call centre, customer service centres and/or electronic contacts
- Providing accurate and appropriate responses to enquiries and issues
- Compiling precise service requests for action by departments
- Ensuring compliance to policies, practices, procedures and service standards are exceeded
- Specialist administrative support to relevant teams
- Business support to wider area within legislative frameworks
- Demonstrated administrative or customer service skills
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment receiving calls efficiently and professionally
- A self-motivated and conscientious nature with strong customer focus
- The ability to acquire knowledge of policies and practices and utilise computer and technology systems efficiently.
- A willingness to be a team player and contribute to a positive work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
