This start-up’s vision is to make their consumer’s everyday life easier, by creating a seamless and streamlined user journey through the power of omnichannel campaigns and marketing automation.

**The responsibilities**:

- Build, test, and deploy highly personalised customer messaging and build out omnichannel campaigns using the marketing automation tool, Braze
- Work in partnership with designers to choose the best copy, creative and video assets
- Measure campaign performance and create insightful reports that assess against ROI and KPI targets

**Experience required**:

- Experience in a marketing automation role working across multiple online channels
- Solid understanding of customer lifecycle journeys and audience segmentation
- Must be adaptable to change and extremely organised, this is a start-up
