Our Client, a top-tier mining/energy operator is looking to bring in a new face to join the team and learn the craft of a thriving ICT Team.

We are looking for a **_'switched on'_**_ _**Level 1/2 Support Engineer** with a passion for helping others and providing great customer service

**_You will bring with you:_**_ _
- Proven experience in **Customer Service**:

- Excellent communications
- **Microsoft Certifications**:

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience configuring and administering **MS Windows Desktops**:

- Experience configuring and administering **MS Office 365 Solutions**:

- Experience configuring and administering common **Antivirus and Antimalware Solutions**:

- Self-motivated and able to work quickly and efficiently without supervision
- Organisational skills
- Strong work ethics, initiative, and troubleshooting skills

**_Desirable Criteria:_**_ _

Knowledge configuring and administering:

- Common SME routers & firewalls
- Common network printers and scanners
- Backup and recovery solutions
- Apple and Android devices

**_Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:_**_ _
- Configure, support & provide administration service in the areas of hardware, software & networking
- Manage and assist with projects (new deployments, migrations, and upgrades)
- Monitoring & maintaining backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Providing on-site & remote IT & Communications support to stakeholders

The remuneration package will be negotiated based on your relevant skills and experience.
