Great opportunity to make your mark in this newly created role - National Operations Administrator, Independent Brands Australia (IBA) Provide administrative support to the Head of Operations, IBA and the National Operations and Retail teams.

What you’ll do

Create and maintain National Operations team newsletters

Ownership of Operations content on IBA portals

Coordinator the Sales Operations meeting agenda, pre-read and minute taking

Support the Head of Operations IBA with Annual Planning meetings and forums

Create and manage team conferences, meeting forums and event management

Provide support to the events team with trade shows, supplier forums and conferences

Collate information from internal stakeholders to produce quarterly business review presentations

Ensure data maintenance and integrity re the National Store List database

Deliver induction kits supporting our team members

Assist and co-ordinate special projects as assigned.

Supporting National Operations team with travel management & expenses.

What you’ll bring

Well-developed organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and manage workloads to hit tight deadlines

High level of attention to detail and must be able to work in a fast paced and exciting environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A team player focus with a collaborative style

Computer competency (including Microsoft Excel, teams, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, & Visio)

The ability to build rapport and maintain effective stakeholder relationships

A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a continuous improvement mindset
