When international air cargo touches down in Australia, we’re there to get it the rest of the way to its destination. Our interstate trucking services cover the domestic legs of international airfreight operations, driving between all the major cities from our hubs in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.

In your new role as **Administration, Customer Service & Accounts,** you will provide general administration assistance to our Jets Transport team on a casual basis. Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, maintaining Freight databases post ledgers, preparation of reports and documents, data entry, preparing accounts for payment, assist with pricing and invoice run, assist with filing documents and responding to internal and external customer inquiries including providing basic pricing quotes.

**To be successful in this role, you’ll need**:

- Availability to work across Monday to Friday
- Proven work experience in administration and accounts
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- The ability to and enjoy working independently, managing multiple tasks, and meeting competing deadlines
- Ability to work in a changing environment, and being a champion for future improvement
