About the Role

We are seeking a Transport Administrator to join our Dandenong South team. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating all tasks related to timeslot deliveries, ensuring they are completed efficiently, accurately, on time and in full to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and scheduling timeslot deliveries
  • Monitoring delivery progress and updating systems accordingly
  • Communicating with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Troubleshooting and resolving delivery or scheduling issues promptly
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation

About You

  • Previous administration experience (transport/logistics industry highly regarded)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
  • Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office
